How can I track my parcel?

When your order is shipped, an email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. This number allows you to easily track the whereabouts of your order. Tracking data will not update until 1 day later so do not worry if your tracking number doesn't work immediately.

AUSTRALIA

There are two shipping options for Australian residents:

Standard Post ($10.00) - Takes 4-8 business days for postage depending on your location.

Express Post ($15.00) - Takes 1-4 business days for postage depending on your location.

Tracking is included. Australia Post can often take 1-2 days longer to deliver at peak times throughout the year. 

INTERNATIONAL

Standard $20AU - Takes 6 - 27 business days for postage depending on your location.
